App charges for workouts. Beware! No workouts included that I could find.

This app is awesome! It doesnt take much time but you def feel it the next day (especially the crunches!)

I like that you have a few challenges to choose from but the social media sharing after youve completed a day doesnt work.

Even though its not totally free the beginners one is pretty great. Has me sweating and easy to follow. No equipment is required. Considering buying the pack after I finish the free one ;)

The first section is free and after that you may choose to pay for additional challenges. Like the challenge. I add hand weights to the lunges to push myself a little more.

Sure the download is free, but if you want to utilize anything in it you have to pay. I dont like being deceived.

I love this app. Great challenges. It increases steps each day and that what I enjoy. It makes me push myself.

I like the challenges that you can do for free, but those are limited. The majority of the challenges are locked unless you pay for them.

this app is alright. Ive been looking for something that I can use to do basic workouts to help me do various things and this app has it, with little/supplies needed. its not exactly free though, you have to pay to open each exercise but for me it was only $5 and I unlocked everything. I was disappointed that I had to pay but the workouts are great and effective so its worth it

I didnt mind paying the $5 fee for unlocking all the apps... It lets you access multiple 30 day challenge that are quick and effective and right at your finger tips.

This app has helped me stay fit and exercised so much. I do my exercises everyday and it helps me stay fit. I like how it gives me a break every couple of days. But I dont like how I have to pay some much for the next set of exercises.

I really thought that this app was helpful because you get just the right amount exercise for one day and it gives you days to just relax which can be really nice. Overall I loved this app.
