Even though you have to pay to have access to the entire challenges, it is worth it because each exercise is well explained in a video.
Im on day 3 Ultimate fat burner. I like that the exercise is short but effective. I can do it anytime i have a minute to spare. I hope it will kick me in to exercise more
This app is great, really helps to keep me in shape, plus I run track so its a big help to keep me warmed up and ready to run on these cold track meet days....
Easy to use. Builds you up slowly so that you dont get overwhelmed from the start. Video to show you how to do the exercises. Recommend this app for sure.
Great exercises that will help you out in no time. My only problem is that it only give you one free workout.
Its awesome!! I would hope that maybe you could offer some more free challenges but I am going to buy another set of challenges from you!!

Some bad moments

It doesnt let u do anything without saying rate us. Finish one session rate us. Just because it kept saying rate us I give it a one for being annoying.
App charges for workouts. Beware! No workouts included that I could find.
This app is awesome! It doesnt take much time but you def feel it the next day (especially the crunches!)
I like that you have a few challenges to choose from but the social media sharing after youve completed a day doesnt work.
Even though its not totally free the beginners one is pretty great. Has me sweating and easy to follow. No equipment is required. Considering buying the pack after I finish the free one ;)
The first section is free and after that you may choose to pay for additional challenges. Like the challenge. I add hand weights to the lunges to push myself a little more.
